Hypnotherapy Timings/Cost/Sessions
The first session will take longer than usual as I get an understanding of your problem and explain the process involved with your therapy. Expect this appointment to last around one and half hours. The follow-up session is up to an hour long.
The cost of the first session is £90 which includes consultation with subsequent sessions costing £75. I do have a sliding scale of charges especially for someone on benefits/ two people booking together/or if the therapy goes beyond six sessions.
If you have private medical insurance, check if you're covered for hypnotherapy.
The number of sessions required depends on your progress and problem. Five sessions is the average but some people find their problem solved after two. I will advise you throughout your therapy.
